Our Doctors
Dr. Neal Hebert
Founder, DVM
Dr. Neal Hebert founded Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital in 1994. He is originally from Houma and lived here his entire life except during “the school years.” After graduating from LU with dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry, he attended LSU – School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Neal has been a practicing veterinarian in Houma for over 30 years. He is an active member of many organizations including the American Veterinary Medical Association, Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association, and many more too numerous to list. Although he enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, his particular interest are laser surgery, laser therapy, pet nutrition, advanced dentistry and dermatology. When he’s not at the office, he enjoys “family time”, “the outdoor life’, and playing with his dogs, Ginny and Kobe. When asked if there’s anything he would like to add, he just smiled and said, “life is good!”
Dr. Brad Duet
DVM
Dr. Brad Duet is from the town of Galliano, Louisiana. He did his undergraduate studies at Nicholls State, and transferred to Louisiana State University for his doctorate in veterinary medicine. Dr. Duet graduated from LSU in 2011 and has been with our team since then. Dr. Duet’s medical interest include small animal internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and laser therapy. On his down times, he enjoys running in both competitive and charity races, and traveling to new places.
